Rave Link and Radius Mapping The California Office of Emergency Services (Cal OES) has partnered with Rave Mobile Safety and RapidDeploy to launch the world’s largest public safety incident data sharing solution. This fully funded program leverages Rave and RapidDeploy technologies to increase situational awareness, improve first responder safety, and reduce time to transfer a call and incident data between agencies.
CAD incident data sharing Enable data interoperability between jurisdictions with real-time exchange and display of CAD incident data in Radius Mapping
Automated vehicle locations Improve situational awareness with real-time location streaming of cross- agency resources
Emergency Communications Center (ECC) chat Leverage 2-way chat to communicate internally and externally with neighboring agencies
CAD data exchange Publish real-time CAD incident with EIDO supported cross agency sharing
Resource requests Initiate resource requests to neighboring PSAPs with streamlined workflows
Critical communication Send automated alert notifications to target recipients based on incident type, location, resource availability and other parameters using rules engine
Incident collaboration Faster incident response. Increase response coordination; enhance situational awareness, and simplify the management of tasks and responsibilities
Smart911 Allows citizens to provide the additional details 9-1-1 call takers may need in order to assist them during an emergency
